We cover every stage of design from your initial ideas to complete drawings and associated documents for your builder to work from. We are proud to have Accredited Agents Status for submitting householder applications in the West and Central 1 area.
This means that Cornwall Council have acknowledged that we submit good quality applications and are familiar with the policies and rules. All planning applications submitted by such agents will be registered promptly on minimal checks.
