About the Business
The Practice is a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) run by Peter Smith and Simon Whitmill, registered members of the Royal Institute of British Architects, with an experienced group of Technical & Administration Staff using the latest CAD and BIM software.
We provide a high quality professional design service tailored to each Client's own project requirements and approach every design as a collaborative partnership with the Client and other construction team members so as to create a carefully crafted design solution that responds to their requirements and the constraints of the site and surroundings.
We passionately believe in making buildings and spaces that are human in scale and constructed of renewable and natural materials to provide exciting environmentally efficient design solutions that give practical and sustainable longer term care and maintenance. Several of our recent projects have achieved BREEAM Excellent.
