About the Business
As architects we design and produce both drawings and specifications of new-builds, refurbishments and extensions. We invite tenders, monitor construction on site, certify payments and certify when the construction is complete. We can introduce you to a selection of excellent builders and can provide this full service, or just a part of it as you require.
We also give general planning advice on whether your proposal is feasible, and can conduct planning appeals. Our fees are charged either as a percentage of overall building costs, as a lump sum, or at an hourly rate depending on the nature of the work and the client's preferences.
