About the Business

The practice was formed in 1994 by Clive Hartley and Glyn Lewis, who were previously Directors with a large Cardiff practice. The decision to form a practice was based upon both partners being frustrated with the large practice structure, and wishing to offer a more personal, high quality service to each client, on a competitive fee basis.

Our goal is to provide clients with a service based upon quality, efficiency and personal contact. Our experience within the construction industry totals in excess of 80 years, during which time we have designed and project managed projects in excess of £150 million. The projects vary from individual schemes with values ranging from as little as £30k, to schemes in excess of £10 million. Our experience within the industry has enabled the correct balance to be achieved between the provision of a service which reflects a quality in terms of design and contract administration.
