About the Business

This building forms part of the Notting Hill Prep School and is located in a land-locked site behind Ladbroke Grove Tube Station. It comprises nine classrooms, a science lab and music department. We constructed one of the largest basements in Notting Hill under the building which contains a combined sports, dining and theatre space. It has a large curved zinc roof which reduces the impact of the building's bulk on its neighbours and is entirely naturally ventilated. The building took 19 months to complete and we have recently obtained planning consent to add a further floor on the tower.
