About the Business
Principal Architect, Andrew Hayes, started Hayes Associates in 1986, following extensive experience in private practice with projects including town centre re-development and multi-storey, bank and insurance buildings. Sarah Wormald became an Associate in 2008 bringing a wide range of new skills, design clarity and a fresh approach, highly valued by her regular Clients. In addition to our chartered architects, team members have specialised skills as Architectural Technologists and Interior Designers and we have a very experienced Clerk of Works for site supervision and quality control.
Gaining from a valuable combination of broad experience and specialist expertise, the practice has gone from strength to strength, completing a wide range of commercial, residential, educational and leisure projects across the UK. As a practice we invest as much empathy, creativity and dedication to domestic projects as to larger commercial developments.
