About the Business
The practice has developed from its origins in Eastbourne over a period of 40 years. During this time we have evolved a philosophy of designing buildings that are gentle on the eye and in sympathy with their environment whilst fulfilling the client's requirements. Our many projects range from major commercial schemes to domestic alterations and from new projects on green field sites to Grade l Listed Buildings within Conservation Areas.
As Chartered Architects we are equipped to fulfil the client's requirements from their initial thoughts, through the design and planning stages to the completion of the finished building. We are able to provide specialist services as appropriate to support a project's specific needs.
The practice has extensive experience of negotiations with Statutory and Local Authorities and administration of a wide range of different building contracts.
