Our highly trained and motivated team of architects, technicians and admin staff reflect our commitment to an equal opportunities policy. Key members of our team have an extensive range of experience who ensure that the appropriate amount of resource is allocated to each project to maintain quality of design, whilst allowing student architects the opportunity to learn from more experienced architects and technicians. We provide each member of staff with the opportunity for career development by making sure they are given responsibilities that allow them to rise to the professional challenge. We run a monthly CPD programme of lectures from suppliers and specialists in order to ensure that we keep up to date with changes in legislation, new developments in designing for therapeutic environments, disabled access requirements and research into sustainable construction.
