MDT Design

MDT Design is based in Fair Oak, Hampshire and was established by Matthew Tate in 2002. Our fresh thinking, focussed approach and inspired designs have made us one of the most popular and sought after architectural design practices in the area. The company's objectives are to provide a personal, professional and competitively priced design service tailored to meet your individual needs. Matthew and his team can create integrated solutions that will not only enhance your living space, but add value to your property in the future. MDT Design's free initial consultation will give you an overview of the planning and building processes and procedures involved. Once the designs are drawn up to your approval MDT Design will liaise with the relevant Local Authorities during the Planning Application and Building Regulation process, and keep you informed and updated to ensure things go smoothly.
