York Associates

York Associates was formed over forty years ago, providing Architectural Services and Planning Advice for a range of Clients. Over the past five years we have specialised in providing a dedicated service for residential properties and domestic Clients. We have a high degree of success in gaining planning permission and have built up an understanding of modern day family needs when designing new houses, extensions and loft conversions.

Our staff includes Managing Director Andrew Steeden, whom is a Chartered Building Surveyor, with corporate membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is assisted by an Architectural Technologist, specialising in planning advice and the original founder, who now has a part time consultancy role.

York Associates are based in Whitchurch, Hampshire and have built up professional relationships with Planning Departments of Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, Test Valley Borough Council and Wiltshire Councils.
