I am looking for a planning consultant who can help me to get permissions on land I want to buy to build a house on. The land I intend to buy is 372m2 in High Wycombe. It doesn't have planning permissions at the moment. The plot lies alongside Great Kingshill, which is currently designated a 'Non-Green Belt Settlement' (as stated in the Buckinghamshire Green Belt Assessment Report, dated 7 March 2016). I want to build a 150m2 house, most likely a bungalow, environmentally friendly as much as possible. I was wondering if you can help?
