Hello, I live in Sjelmorlie and would like a quote for architectural plans and a building-warrant application for my loft. The loft has already been converted into a bedroom, with a staircase installed, but no building warrant was obtained. I would like advice on regularising the existing conversion and preparing drawings for an ensuite bathroom and dressing room. The bedroom measures 5.7 m × 3.7 m. The proposed ensuite and dressing room measure 5.5 m × 3.7 m, with approximately 1 metre of landing before the door. I would like an open-plan dressing room and ensuite, including a freestanding bath, separate walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin, fitted wardrobes and dressing table. Could you please provide an estimate for the site survey, drawings, building-warrant application and any additional fees? Thank you.
