About the Business
The company was set up in 2011 by Stephen Franks as 'SJF Design Consultants'. Owen Toms joined Stephen in May 2012 and formed the practice 'Franks and Toms Architects Limited'. The practice has since established a strong client base, and the team has developed with John Lee, Albert Stifall, Robert Deane and Peter Rogers now at the practice.
Former Welsh international rugby union prop Peter Rogers is a consultant specialising in renewable energy. The team has a wealth of knowledge and many years of experience within the construction industry.
