The site comprises a mix of dwellings and is set to enhance the Chatsworth Road redevelopment corridor with the addition of much needed good quality housing stock. However we have achieved Planning Permission and Conservation Area Consent for the creation of 3 new substantial family dwellings which will shortly be offered for sale by our client Chatsworth Settlement Trustees.
