We wish to do this - This is confirmation that you will require planning permission to combine the 2 houses in 1 dwelling. The two houses are direct side by side and the only thing needed would be a doorway put in the hall so you can access both houses. Please could you advise how much this will cost for you to fill in the planning application with the stoke council? Thanks
