I have a 0.03 acre plot of land in Sutton, Ely, Cambs that I need to sell as part of probate and I've been told that I can get more for it if it has planning permission. In 1998 it had permission for a 3 bed detached house but the build did not go ahead. I need a quote on how much drawings and planning permission etc will be.
