Damian's previous employment comprises over 15 years at FSP Architects & Planners as both an Architect & a Director, gaining experience on a wide range of commercial projects whilst carrying private commissions for domestic clients. His most high profile scheme was the historically important Royal Mills in Ancoats, Manchester. Which, over a 5 year period he had an integral role in seeing the project progress from restoration, through planning & listed building consents, through to the design, supervision & final handover. The scheme won several awards, the most notable being The Roses Design Award for Best Regeneration.'
