Clients throughout the UK. We hope 2015 will be as interesting! We recently succeeded in securing planning permission for a substantial commercial development in the Green Belt near Wylam, and have been invited to examine another sensitive planning application in south west Northumberland. Other interesting projects include assisting a large UK plc Contractor with the technical development of a signature educational project in the north-east; and, a technical market investigation for one of the UK's largest manufacturers of thermal insulation.
We continue to act throughout the UK as expert advisers and building pathologists. In September we assisted Clients in the successful resolution of a dispute concerning allegations of negligent design and water penetration to a building in Whitley Bay. We are also advising upon a building defect involving cracking to the lining of a private swimming pool in Hampshire.
