About the Business

THE GENIUS LOCI is a Chartered Architectural Technology practice working throughout London, the South East and Brighton. We have over 25 years of experience in sustainable design.

We actively seek to work across both Residential and Commercial projects of all sizes and types. It is within this concept, that a creative and technical infusion underpins the work of The Genius Loci.

We are a client-focused practice and therefore tailor our services to suit our clients’ requirements. There is no ‘definite house style’. There is a clear effort to respond to the particulars needs and requirements of each brief, budget, site and time constraints.
