Brian Smith BA(Hons), Dipl Arch RIBA, a registered architect since 1982 and in own practice since 1988, has extensive experience of historic building restoration, re-use of old buildings, office refurbishments and developer based residential development (new build & conversion).

More recently projects have included Group Medical Practice premises and childrens day nurseries. As a small practice I offer my clients close personal involvement in each stage of a project to ensure their requirements are accurately and comprehensively interpreted as a built form.

I maintain a network of experienced professionals to provide clients with a full and integrated service of structural engineering, planning supervisor/party wall surveying work, landscape design and 3D visualisations. Practice aim: to produce high quality design/architecture with commercial and value awareness.
