
Phase 1 is finished, completely re-ordering the ground floor together with a contemporary dining room extension and external alterations which are needed to provide suitable facilities for this ninebedroom family home. Phase 2 which involves dismantling and constructing a new west wing, has Planning and Listed Building Consent. This scheme involves adapting an existing static caravan to create all yeafr round log cabin type accommodation for staff.

A general architecture practice was founded in London in 1975 and expanded to offices in Covent Garden. Stephen Tring, studied in London and has worked inhousing, listed and religous buildings, and leisure with hands on experience with self-build after constructing his own house. Stephen's interests lie in sustainable design and eco -retrofit.

GPAS (GP Architectural Services), based in Bradwell near Great Yarmouth in Norfolk, specialises in residential property, together with small commercial and industrial developments. Having worked inconjunction with clients on new builds, extensions, alterations and conversions to meet their individual requirements, GPAS has many satisfied customers in the local area. He has over 40 years experience of most aspects of architectural work from brief through to design, technical drawings, specification and project management. His work has been featured in House andGarden, The Independent, The Guardian, Sunday Telegraph, Architects Journal and Building Design. Geoffrey Reeve Architect is an RIBA Chartered Practice.

Nick, a founding partner of Plaice Design Company Ltd, is an RIBA registered Architect. He has over 30 years experience of Architectural Practice within both the private and public sectors. He hasbuilt up a large design portfolio with specialist knowledge and expertise in the design of innovative educational buildings and spaces. With the formation of this company, Nick looks forward to shared architectural journeys with new and existing design conscious clients.
