Approximately half the Practice workload is related to Listed Buildings. Our experience ranges from alterations to key Grade 1 Civic buildings of Cheltenham, extensions to Grade 2* manor houses andstately homes to award winning extensions and refurbishments of more modest listed workers cottages and barns. We understand the requirements of the Conservation Officers and can avoid lengthy delays in achieving Listed Building Consent.
