The Company has its origin in an Architectural Practice founded in Dundee in 1865 and which eventually had Offices throughout Scotland and which continued as a Partnership until 1999. The Partnership was dissolved and the present Limited Liability Company was set up to continue the work of the former Dundee Head Office of the Partnership. From its Dundee base the Company operates throughout Scotland from Shetland in the North and from Kintyre in the West to Portobello in the East.
