Hardy Planning & Design was formed in January 2014 by Richard Hardy. Richard is a Chartered Town Planner and qualified Urban Designer with significant experience on residential, employment, retail, health and leisure development. We are currently a small business but this enables us to offer you a personable approach and to deliver a high level of service at a very competitive price.
We were established in 2006 and have since grown steadily to achieve RIBA Chartered Practice status in 2009. Personal recommendation and repeat custom forms the basis of our business. We are based in Norfolk and accept commissions locally and nationally. We work with our Clients at every stage to ensure value for money and the production of a high quality end product. We provide the highest standards of architectural design and customer service.
We engaged Carol with a proposal to convert two derelict barns on our land, into Holiday Lets. I had worked with her on a more straightforward renovation project in the past, and had some idea of her style and working technique, but was nevertheless impressed at the enthusiasm with which she embraced this new challenge! From the outset, Carol worked closely with us.
Elbourn Architects was established in 2002 and combines the complementary skills and experience of Jennifer and Brian Elbourn. Their past experience covers a wide range of building types including schools, day nurseries, theatres, museums, libraries, cathedrals, churches, residential accommodation and individual houses. Their work has often included repairs to historic buildings or new buildings in historic settings. It has varied in Contract size from £15K to £15M.
Ronald Associates is an independent architectural practice founded in 1994 by Richard Ronald Architect ARB DipArch BSc (Hons). We bring extensive experience of work on commercial, residential and community schemes. Ronald Associates provides a free initial consultation to determine how we can best help meet your needs.
Initially Chris started out as a building surveyor with a local practice of Architects and Surveyors he developed a greater interest in Architecture, planning and construction. Working for local practices he then set up an architectural department in Structural Engineering consultancy.
