A & P Designs was set up by Paul Little in 1984 when Paul realised that the market was missing the opportunity to offer a smaller scale service at competitive prices, as opposed to the instruction oflarger architectural practices. Principally, he offered designs for domestic extensions, loft conversions and the subsequent applications for planning permission and building control. Shortly afterwards Paul was joined by his wife Ann who ran the administration and practice premises.
